Ministry Biography
Evg. Deborah J. Neal is an anointed Woman of God who has served in the Church Of God In Christ all of her life. She received her foundational training at Greater Mount Olive Church Of God In Christ, under the leadership of the late Dr. Emerson W. Lashley, where she served in almost every auxiliary of the church. This service continued into her young adult years.
As most young adults, Deborah decided she wanted to spread her wings, only to find herself back at Greater Mount Olive Church Of God In Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Carl Lofton Sr., serving as the Anniversary Chairlady, choir member, Mistress of Ceremonies, and anywhere else she was needed.
In 2013, the Lord directed Deborah to the City Of Praise Church Of God In Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Thomas Gafford Sr., in Lancaster, CA. Not only did she answer the call of God to become the Church Administrator, she accepted the call of God to minister the gospel through teaching and preaching His Word.
She continued to bless others through Community Outreach as one of the founding members of AVON (Antelope Valley Outreach Network) under Summer Haven World Ministries, where she was licensed and ordained to minister.
In March 2014, she partnered with LOP (Love On Purpose Outreach Ministry), feeding those in need of spiritual and natural food. In July 2014, the Lord birthed another ministry in Evg. Neal: the Frontline WarCry Intercessory Prayer Line Ministry, which she moderates Monday through Wednesday at 6 a.m.
She is currently a member of Biblical Foundation COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Roger Lee Price Sr. in Lancaster, CA.
